DIRECTIONS:
For an Affirmation Pheromone Oil - add 3-5 drops into your hand and massage the upper chest and neck. Take 3-6 deep breaths and proceed with confidence
Warm Tea Bath - add 5-10 drops to a warm bath and soak.
Yoni Steam Bath - add 11-13 drops to every oz. of yoni (sitz) steam blend
Salt or Sugar Scrub - add 3-5 drops of oil for every 2 oz.
Massage Oil - add 10-15 drops to every 4 oz. of your favorite carrier oil
